Booking and Cancellation Policy- Members and Class Pass holders:

  • As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online or via the MVE Studios app to reserve your place.

  • If you book a class and can’t make it, please log in to change or cancel your booking. If you are absent or cancel within 8 hours of the class start time you will be charged for the class, as it often means another client is unable to attend.

  • Class Cancellation is required 8 hours prior to your class start time to avoid a $10 penalty. Cancellations will NOT be accepted via phone or email. Any non-cancellations, no-shows or absentees will result in forfeiting that visit. Obviously management discretion will be used and charges will not be automatically applied

  • Members who late cancel/ are no-shows will be charged a $10 fee in addition to their weekly debit amount. This is at management discretion.

  • Pre-bookings can be made upto 21 days in advance.

Returns & Refunds:

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or Class Passes.

General Terms:

  • MVE Studios reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, classes, workshops and teacher training without prior notice.

  • Mve Studios will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.

  • No late entry is permitted, so please ensure that you arrive before the scheduled class time.

  • We provide a secure change-room for valuables, but please note that we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings while they are at the studio.

  • Overall prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. If this does occur, you will be notified well in advance of any changes.

  • All payments are processed by a Third Party Provider - Ezidebit and therefore incur additional charges. All Automatic Debits will incur a additional .88 cent. All other credit card transactions incur additional charges of 1.87% that are absorbed by Ezidebit. Unfortunately this is our of our control as a studio.


  • Any introductory offer made by Move Studios may only be purchased by new members who have not yet attended the studio.

  • Introductory Offers will be valid for 10 days. The term of the Introductory Offer will commence on the date of purchase.

  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any Introductory Offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.


  • All 5 + 8 class passes expire within 30 days of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass.

  • All 20 class passes expire within 3 months of the first class that you attend after your purchase of the pass.

  • No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the Class Passes due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. 


  • We don't have a lock in period for our Weekly Unlimited Passes. It's flexible to suit your schedule and needs and we understand that life changes.

  • This pass allows you regularly scheduled classes as per your agreement; but excludes workshops or other special events.

  • The pass will automatically continue until you advise Move Studios in writing via email connect@movestudios.com.au to cancel the membership. 30 days notice is required to process the cancellation.

  • Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account either via a third party biller, EziDebit. Please note that additional transaction charges do apply - A surcharge of .88c per automatic debit applies and is charged by EziDebit.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover your debit amount. If an auto pay is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Our third party biller, Ezidebit, is unable to absorb these costs and applies a fee for these failed transactions. The fee is currently $14.90, but may change from time to time. This fee will be debited from your account after the failed payment.

  • If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Move Studios may in its discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.

  • Memberships can be suspended for minimum of a week at a time. Excluding the Studios Christmas Closure Period. All suspension requests must be made via our website "suspend" page. Please allow 2 business days to process membership suspensions.

  • Membership's are non-transferrable.


  • Both the 6 Month and 12 Month Membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes, but excludes workshops or other special events.

  • All upfront memberships do not offer any suspension periods, unless otherwise agreed with management. This has already been accounted for in the price and by purchasing this option, you are agreeing to this.

  • There are no refunds or transfers, are offered on unused portions of the Upfront 12 Month or 6 Month Membership due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason unless otherwise agreed by Move Studios.

  • Membership's are non-transferrable.
