Our most commonly asked Q's ...
who should come along to mve?
We welcome all levels of people to our classes, although we do need you to be free from injury. We aren't a rehab studio - we are purely a fitness space. We love beginners who are of good health and MOTIVATED. We also cater for more advanced clients with our INTERMEDIATE Classes and ensure that the MVE METHOD & philosophy will have you SWEATING it out whilst prioritising your own SELFCARE. Our studio and community is all about QUALITY OVER QUANTITY and that means we provide an experience that is inspiring, results driven and supportive. We are all about our community and that means you won't ever feel like the NEWBIE. Our team and amazing clients are friendly and welcoming.
What is the intro offer?
Our intro offer invites you to experience all of our studios over 10 days with unlimited classes available for you for just $50. All class types are included. Your 10 days of classes commence after your first class (not at the time of payment - so we recommend purchasing NOW and then booking your class in advance).
What is is the MVE METHOD?
We offer a complete wellbeing experience to suit everybody. With Yoga, Mindfulness, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Ride classes available we have you covered. We believe in what we do and know that we can support you in feeling good and achieving your goals.
We recommend to all new clients to try all of our classes to experience what feels good for you and your body. As a general guide to wellbeing we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week, obviously the more you MVE your body the better you will feel, but it's also important to remember that good things take time and that you need to put in the work to gradually build up your fitness.
Our community + philosophy is built on the core principles of SWEAT, STRENGTH, STRETCH + SELFCARE.
With our classes all combining elements of each principle to service your body + mind.
We recommend booking your classes online + preferably in advance ...
The first step to booking online is to create a profile with MVE STUDIOS by downloading the MVE STUDIOS App from iTunes or GooglePlay or by visiting the BOOK A CLASS page on our website. From there you can book in for classes and purchase more class passes.
What do you need to bring?
Just yourself wearing comfy clothing + a water bottle (we don't believe in plastic bottles, but provide complimentary water stations at every studio).
Our studios are ready to welcome you with Lululemon Mats and fresh towels for every class, so enjoy the freedom!
Do I need to book?
We recommend booking classes online as our busier classes can book out in advance. If the class is fully booked out you can add yourself to the waitlist and if a space comes up we will notify you.
Waitlist? What does this mean
If you are trying to book into a class and it says "WAITLIST ONLY". We recommend clicking on this and adding yourself. As our class bookings and demand change frequently, so more so then not - you will be added into the class. When you are added, you will receive a notification via email or text message.
PLEASE KNOW: That being added to a WAITLIST - doesn't mean you are in the class. It purely means your request has been received by our bookings system.
What happens if I late cancel, or don't show up?
If you are “no show” or cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the class as it could be that another client is unable to attend in your place at such short notice. Members are charged a $10 no-show fee and if you are a pass holder, your visit has been forfeited,
I am pregnant, can I still come?
YES. Although we ask that you only attend after the first trimester and with approval from your Doctor. Your teacher will give you appropriate modifications. Be gentle with your body and avoid poses that compress the belly. BE SURE TO inform your INSTRUCTOR.
